Are you a CNA who is passionate about ensuring exceptional patient care and compliance in a compassionate home care environment? Home Instead is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Full-Time Client Care Advisor to join our growing team in our Goodyear location!

Schedule and Pay:

• Full Time

• Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm with occasional on call duties 

• $18-19 an hour and incentivized on performance bonuses

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and maintain the quality, accuracy, and compliance of all client care documentation and service delivery

• Develop, review, and update care plans to reflect clients’ evolving needs

• Provide ongoing education and support to caregivers and families to improve understanding and care outcomes

• Monitor client satisfaction, engagement, and retention, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and compassionately

• Conduct quality assurance audits, identify trends, and report findings to leadership

• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the client experience and caregiver performance

• Partner with the team to keep clients safely on service and at home

Qualifications:

• An active CNA license 

• Minimum 2–3 years in home health, home care, hospice, or healthcare quality/compliance.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in EMR systems (Homecare Homebase, AlayaCare, MatrixCare, or similar).

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
