- Proven Success in Sales: You have at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, home care, or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, assisted living communities, and other healthcare providers to generate leads.
- Deliver exceptional presentations and proposals that showcase the value of our services.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing follow-up and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven success in sales or business development, particularly in the healthcare or senior care industry.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for networking and relationship building.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with Salesforce/ Canva and familiarity with the Southwest Valley area is a plus.
