What You'll Do

Every day is an opportunity to help a senior remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home by providing:

• Companionship and meaningful conversation
• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Mobility assistance and transfers
• Alzheimer's and dementia care
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Safety monitoring and emotional support

What We're Looking For

We are seeking dependable caregivers who are:

• Compassionate, patient, and respectful
• Reliable and punctual
• Excellent communicators
• Able to work independently while following a care plan
• Committed to providing exceptional care

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Current auto insurance
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Able to consistently work at least 12 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification
• Dementia or Alzheimer's care experience
• Weekend availability
• Overnight availability

This Position Is NOT a Good Fit If

• You do not have reliable transportation.
• You cannot pass a background check or drug screening.
• You are looking for temporary or short-term employment only.
• You have unreliable attendance.
• You are not comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
