Home Care Aide / Caregiver – Flexible Hours

We are looking for compassionate, dependable Home Care Aides / Caregivers to join our team and help seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes. If you enjoy helping others and want meaningful work with a supportive team, we would love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

As a Home Care Aide, you will provide non-medical support to seniors and adults needing assistance with daily living activities.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and conversation
• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Help with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence care
• Support for clients with dementia or memory loss
• Transportation to appointments or errands when needed
• Providing comfort and safety for bed-bound clients

What We’re Looking For

• Age 21 or older
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass background check
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient personality
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and families
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but training available
